Frequently Asked Questions

Just what you were looking for: Answers to all the questions that you were probably to afraid to ask...
1. WHY? OH, PLEASE GOD, WHY?

As our motto says: ... because buggies have feelings too. But seriously, every buggy has a story and every story has a twisted, little echo of the world that we all inhabit. Strange and cryptic, but true. And it beats taking pictures of our feet.
2. ARE THESE IMAGES ORIGINAL?

Parodies of popular art, yes. Original photographs taken by us, also yes. We don't build buggies. We don't sell buggies. We don't even know where buggies come from. Other than that buggy-documentary that was on PBS a few months ago, we know absolutely nothing serious about buggies.
3. WHERE DID YOU FIND ALL THE BUGGIES?

No buggies were harmed in the making of this website. Every buggy you see on this site was found-as-photographed and in the wild. We don't pose buggies. We don't steal buggies. We don't advocate posing or stealing buggies. Heck, we don't even want to touch the stupid things. But somehow buggies tend to find their way into the wild and so we take photos of them.
4. WHY NOT GO TO A PARKING LOT?

All our buggies are lost. They've gone for a long stroll and haven't found their way back home. We don't take pictures of buggies that are in parking lots. It's too easy: Sort of like the old saying, shooting fish in a barrel.
5. DONATIONS? HUH?

If you buy something from this site, we're not going to keep a penny of profit. (The front page is a joke, by the way.) This site was developed to help friends raise money for legally registered Canadian charities. We'll let you know who's getting the money when you donate.
